That Low Pressure area in the Southwestern Gulf of Mexico over the weekend developed yesterday into Tropical Depression 10 and today is Tropical Storm Hermine. Tropical Storm Hermine is positioned more or less to the Northeast of Tuxpan Veracruz ad Tampico Tamps. Moving currently to the North Northwest. Areas of Mexico that can be affected by Hermine are Veracruz, Tamaulipis, Hidalgo, Puebla and Tabasco for rain torrential at times which can cause flash flooding and landslides.
Coastal areas of the States mentioned can expect elevated seas and high winds with the potential to cause damage to property and life, tropical storm Hermine is expected to make landfall somewhere close to the border of Mexico with Texas after midnight tonight bringing more rain and damaging winds to an already damaged area of Mexico.
