Tropical Depression 4 Develops in the Atlantic

The INVEST that we have been talking about, that area of low pressure off in the Tropical Atlantic there with some strong possiblities to develop has indeed developed into TROPICAL DEPRESSION #4 of the 2010 Hurrican Season. There are no Warnings or Watches in effect for this Tropical Depression at this time.
